Project Overview
I am looking for a developer to build a Glassdoor-style web application for the Lebanese job market. The platform will allow users to anonymously post company reviews, interview experiences, and salary data (search companies and compare ratings).
1) User Authentication & Accounts: Sign up / Login (Email/Google) with anonymity masking for review posting.
2) Company Profiles: Dedicated company pages aggregating ratings, reviews, and salary data. Option to add new companies if not listed.
3) Review & Salary Submission: Multi-step forms for reviews and interview feedback.
4) Search & Filtering: Search bar filtering by company name, job title, industry, and location.
5) Admin Moderation: Simple dashboard to review, approve, edit, or reject submitted entries before they go live.
6) Mobile-Responsive: UI optimized for desktop and mobile web.
