When a client funds a milestone, the money is held securely in escrow by Stripe. It's only released to the freelancer when the client approves the delivered work. If there's a disagreement, our dispute resolution team handles it within 48 hours.
Furrsati charges a 10% service fee only to freelancers on completed milestone payments — the freelancer receives 90% of the funded amount. Clients pay zero platform fees; they are only charged standard Stripe payment processing fees when funding milestones. There are no fees for signing up, posting jobs, or submitting proposals.
You can withdraw through Bank Transfer (USD & LBP), OMT cash pickup, Whish Money, or USDT/Crypto. Go to your Wallet in the app and choose your preferred method.
Go to Settings in the app and tap KYC Verification. You'll need to submit a government-issued ID and a selfie. Our team reviews submissions and you'll be notified once approved.
