Project Overview
We are launching the beta version of WAQTY, an app that helps service businesses manage their bookings, staff schedules, clients, and reminders through a simple Whatsapp friendly system. We are looking for someone to help us onboard new businesses during the beta phase. The main job is to guide each business step by step, collect their information, help set up their account, and make sure they understand how to start using WAQTY. The businesses may include salons, spas, clinics, wellness centers, and other appointment-based businesses. The person will speak with merchants through WhatsApp, phone calls, and meet with them. They should make the process easy, clear, and friendly for the merchant. We also want them to share feedback with us about what merchants find confusing, what questions they ask, and what can be improved.
