We are launching the beta version of WAQTY, an app that helps service businesses manage their bookings, staff schedules, clients, and reminders through a simple Whatsapp friendly system. We are looking for someone to help us onboard new businesses during the beta phase. The main job is to guide each business step by step, collect their information, help set up their account, and make sure they understand how to start using WAQTY. The businesses may include salons, spas, clinics, wellness centers, and other appointment-based businesses. The person will speak with merchants through WhatsApp, phone calls, and meet with them. They should make the process easy, clear, and friendly for the merchant. We also want them to share feedback with us about what merchants find confusing, what questions they ask, and what can be improved.

Exigences

We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, and good at communicating with business owners. They should be able to speak Arabic clearly. English is a plus. Experience in customer support, onboarding, sales, or working with small businesses is a plus. They should be patient, detail oriented, and able to explain things in a simple way.

Livrables

Help onboard beta merchants step by step. Collect business details such as services, staff, working hours, and booking rules. Help merchants understand how to use WAQTY. Support merchants during their first few days. Share notes with us about merchant questions, problems, and feedback. Give us a simple summary of what worked well and what needs improvement.
