I have extensive expertise in both academia and project coordination, with a strong background in nutrition, teaching, and scientific writing. My career spans roles as a Nutrition Lecturer and Head of Nutrition Department, where I developed curricula, mentored students, and guided departmental growth. In addition, I have several years of experience as a Math and Science Teacher (up to Grade 9), demonstrating versatility in education and the ability to engage learners across disciplines.
