Project Overview
We are looking for a driven and self-motivated outreach specialist to help grow Furrsati, a freelancing and services marketplace in Lebanon and the MENA region(this platform). The core mission is to identify and engage startups, small and medium-sized businesses, and brand owners, and guide them toward posting their projects on the platform. The role involves proactive lead generation across professional and social networks, followed by direct outreach via available channels. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, comfortable working flexible hours, and capable of managing a high volume of daily outreach independently. Monthly KPIs are clearly defined: 7 to 9 projects posted on the platform, 3 to 6 of those projects funded through escrow, and 1 to 3 projects fully completed. We recommend a minimum of 70 new prospects contacted per day to reliably hit these targets, though the focus remains on outcomes rather than activity volume. This is a flexible engagement with no fixed schedule constraints.
