How to Hire the Right Freelancer on Furrsati
Furrsati TeamFebruary 12, 20264 min read

Finding a reliable freelancer used to mean asking around, getting burned by vague promises, and chasing people down for updates. Furrsati changes that. Here's exactly how to hire the right person for your next project — from posting your job to signing a contract.
Step 1: Browse Available Talent
When you open Furrsati as a client, the Talents tab shows you a curated list of verified freelancers ready to work.

Each freelancer card shows:
- Name and hourly rate — know the cost upfront
- Star rating and number of reviews — see how past clients rated them
- Success rate — the percentage of contracts completed successfully
- Completed projects count — how experienced they are
- Skills — so you can quickly match expertise to your needs
In the example above, you can see 18 freelancers available. Nour Tahhan is listed as a Senior Full-Stack Developer at $15/hr with a 4.9 rating and 100% success rate — exactly the kind of transparency that makes hiring decisions easier.
Tip: Use the search bar to find freelancers by skill (e.g., "translation", "graphic design", "mobile apps"). The filter icon lets you sort by rating, hourly rate, and category.
Step 2: Post a Project
Don't want to browse? Post your project and let freelancers come to you.

Your My Projects tab shows all your posted work:
- Status badges — Open, Active, or Done
- Budget range — what you're offering
- Proposal count — "2 new proposals — Tap to review"
- Deactivate option — close a listing any time
In the example, the Technical Blog Content Series ($600–$1,200) has 2 new proposals waiting, and Social Media Growth Campaign ($1,000–$2,000) has 3. Tap to review each one and compare freelancers side by side.
What Makes a Good Project Post?
- Clear title — "Mobile App UI Redesign" is better than "Need designer"
- Detailed description — explain the deliverables, not just the idea
- Realistic budget — low budgets attract low-quality proposals
- Defined timeline — helps freelancers give you accurate bids
Step 3: Review Proposals & Hire
When proposals come in, you'll see them in your project. Each proposal shows the freelancer's pitch, their bid, and their profile stats. Take your time — a quick review of their past work and rating goes a long way.
Once you're happy, accept the proposal and a contract is automatically created.
Step 4: Manage Your Contracts
Head to the Contracts tab to track every active and completed engagement.

Each contract shows:
- Freelancer name and project title
- Status — Active or Completed
- Milestone progress — e.g., "0 of 2 milestones" at 0%
- Total contract value
- Category
Contracts on Furrsati are milestone-based. You fund a milestone before work begins, and the money sits in escrow. Once the freelancer delivers and you approve, the payment is released. If something goes wrong, you can open a dispute — a neutral review process protects both sides.
Step 5: Monitor Your Hiring Dashboard
Your Profile page doubles as a hiring command center.

At a glance you can see:
- Projects Posted — total jobs you've created
- Total Spent — your investment across all contracts
- Completed — how many projects are fully done
- Active — contracts currently in progress
The Achievements section tracks milestones like "Profile Pro" and "Verified" — building your reputation as a reliable client that freelancers actually want to work with.
Furrsati's escrow system means you never pay for work you haven't approved, and freelancers never work without guaranteed payment. That's the way hiring should work.
