City Care is a Smart City Issue Reporting Platform designed to improve communication between citizens and local authorities. The system enables users to report public issues such as road damage, waste management problems, infrastructure defects, and environmental concerns through an intuitive web and mobile interface. The platform includes interactive maps, issue tracking, analytics dashboards, district information management.
