We Promise Campaign

Back in 2011 we implemented a bank wide campaign to target customer pain points and created a competitive edge against our peers. This campaign increased our market share by 20%, my role was impactful coming from retail background I understood what our customers needed exactly. I was handed to roll out the queuing project across 59 branches covering sales and non sales roles. It was a rewarding experience that had an impact on customers daily branch movement.
