Overview

I am graduated from Balamand University with a master's degree in physical conditioning with more than 6 years of training experience. I perform a fitness assessments of the new athlete to structure their training regimen accordingly to their level. Provide them with general dietary advice to help make informed decisions about meals and meal timing. Finally, I monitor them to ensure they are on the right track.
