* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding. * Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements. * Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels. * Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or virtual interviews. * Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. * Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. * Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). * Conduct reference and background checks when required. * Prepare and extend job offers and negotiate employment terms. * Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee experience. * Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. * Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports. * Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process. * Promote the employer brand to attract high-quality talent.
