I have almost a decade's experience under my belt. Through working at a multinational company, I was able to gain a flawless understanding of social media management, data analysis and community management. I was also able to build on all of these skills through different roles and projects I later worked on. In 2017, I worked on social media management, data analysis and community management with the MENA’s biggest retail company. The year after, I worked with Jumeirah worldwide, Pepsico, Fly Dubai and Tim Horton’s on performance marketing (digital ads). In 2019, I worked with a French entertainment start-up on event planning and organisation as well as social media management, data analysis and community management. Since 2020, I have worked on communication and marketing projects with different non-governmental entities. I took lead on managing World Learning’s online presence for their QITABI project by working on social media management and data analysis, worked with Amnesty International on promoting their online courses through digital media ads, worked with The A Project on social media management, copywriting, content creation, strategy, data analysis and digital media ads to raise awareness about their work, as well as having contributed my social media and project management skills to a project on COVID-19. More recently, I was in charge of the online presence of Beirut-based think tank, The Policy Initiative, where I took lead on social media management, strategy implementation, digital media ads and data analysis. As of now, I’m the lead point of contact for a project with the UNDP in Lebanon, leading on strategy, copywriting and communication for an upcoming across platforms.
