Furrsati is where businesses in Lebanon hire freelancers and pay only when the work is approved. We're hiring our first dedicated sales rep to bring those businesses in, and to build this company with us for the long run.

The role

You bring the businesses. We make hiring easy for them.

You'll sell one thing: Furrsati to businesses that need work done by freelancers. Agencies, SMEs, startups, restaurants, retailers, NGOs. You won't be recruiting freelancers; the platform already has them.

  • Open doorsWork the lead lists we build for you, and your own network, to reach owners and managers who have work to hand out.
  • Pitch and closeMeet them, show them how hiring on Furrsati works, and get their first project posted and funded.
  • Grow every accountStay close after the first project, so one job becomes the next one, and the next.
  • Shape the productTell us what clients ask for and where they hesitate. You'll talk to the founders every week, and what you hear changes what we build.
How you grow with us

The fixed part is small. We'd rather say that up front.

We're bootstrapped, and we only pay from money we've actually earned. No "salary later" promises and no equity-only offers. Instead, what you earn is built to grow as the company grows.

    A steady amount every month, so you're never working for nothing.

  2. Commission on every client you bring

    Paid every month that client keeps hiring through Furrsati, not once. The bigger your client book grows, the more you earn.

  3. Real ownership in Furrsati

    A share of the company, earned over time and increased as you hit your targets. You're not just selling for a company; you own part of it.

Yes. This is one dedicated, long-term seat on the team, not a side job or a short contract.

Furrsati to businesses that want to hire freelancers: design, marketing, development, content and more. The freelancers are already on the platform. Your job is the businesses.

Across Lebanon. Meeting businesses in person is a big part of the job, and the rest of your week is flexible.

Because they depend on the person and we'd rather explain them properly than squeeze them into a post. You'll get every figure in writing on your first call, before you commit to anything.

It helps, but it isn't everything. If you've built relationships with business owners, closed anything at all, or can show us you're great with people, apply.
