As a back-end development at People265, I was part of a dedicated team working on the Uplift project — a full revamp of the company’s internal Read more web platform. My responsibilities included implementing and optimizing APIs, fixing logic-related bugs, and supporting the redesign of user interfaces in close collaboration with the front-end team. I also contributed to improving performance and maintainability across the stack.Throughout my work period, I actively participated in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, which strengthened my understanding of collaborative development in a production environment and taught me how to work efficiently within a cross-functional team.
