Introduction

Welcome to Furrsati. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

Furrsati operates under Lebanese law and adheres to applicable international legal standards regarding online transactions, data protection, and freelancing agreements.

User Definitions

A User is any individual or entity using furrsati, including Freelancers and Clients.

A Freelancer is a User offering services & applying for jobs on Furrsati.

A Client is a User purchasing services from Freelancers & posting jobs on Furrsati.

An Escrow Account is a financial arrangement where funds are held by Furrsati on behalf of the Client and Freelancer until the completion of a project.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 16 years old  to register and use Furrsati. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

User Accounts

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and ensure their information remains updated.

Freelancers must verify their identity by submitting a valid passport or national ID and a selfie for verification.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activities conducted under their accounts.

User Conduct

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities are strictly prohibited.

Sharing personal contact information (e.g., email, phone numbers) outside of Furrsati’s built-in chat system is not allowed to ensure security and proper dispute resolution.

Services and Transactions

Freelancers must provide accurate service descriptions, including pricing, deliverables, and timelines.

Clients purchase services by agreeing to the Freelancer’s terms and funding the project through Furrsati’s payment system.

Funds are held in an Escrow Account until the project is completed and approved by the Client.

Dispute Resolution

Users may open disputes if issues arise regarding a service, job, or payment. Furrsati’s team will review the case and make a final decision based on platform rules.

Any user who loses more than 4 disputes will be considered in violation of our Terms and Conditions. This will result in a permanent ban from the platform, as repeated disputes may indicate abuse or misconduct.

Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, the Client receives ownership of the delivered work.

Freelancers retain the right to showcase their work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.

Users grant Furrsati a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute content for operational purposes.

Confidentiality

Users agree to keep confidential information obtained through Furrsati private and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

Termination and Suspension

Users may terminate their accounts at any time.

Furrsati reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

Furrsati is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

Furrsati’s total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the user in the six months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Furrsati harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Lebanese law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lebanon.

Changes to Terms

Furrsati reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued platform use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
